📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct guest inquiries and concerns.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Coordinate with the dining staff to ensure smooth table assignments.,Handle basic administrative tasks such as reservations and walk-ins.,Assist with event coordination and setup if needed.,Promote the restaurant's services and specials to guests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must.
