📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse improvement projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
