📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain benchwork machinery such as table saws, planers, and sanders to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to create high-quality furniture pieces.
• Follow detailed production schedules and meet daily targets to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet standards.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that furniture pieces meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Benchwork Operator in the furniture industry.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain benchwork machinery with precision and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality furniture.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
• Valid certification as a Benchwork Operator or equivalent is a plus.
