In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for delivery.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track and manage fuel consumption and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to new drivers and delivery teams.,Generate and maintain reports on vehicle performance and maintenance.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
