Cafe Rama Fried Chicken is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Seminyak. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our café, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the café is maintained in a clean and safe environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the café's performance and profitability.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience.,Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that all stock levels are adequate and that orders are placed as needed.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the café's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of café operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with hybrid work environments and the ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality management, business administration) is preferred but not required.
