Job Management Officer - Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist

Sambu Group is seeking a dedicated Job Management Officer to join our HR team in the beautiful city of Badung, Bali. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to support our company's growth. You'll work closely with our recruitment team to streamline our hiring processes, leveraging tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to find the perfect candidates. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR team, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

As a Job Management Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and employee engagement. You'll work with our HRIS system, Workday, to ensure all processes are efficient and compliant. You'll also play a key role in our employee engagement initiatives, helping to create a positive and productive work environment. With your strong communication skills and your ability to build relationships, you'll be the bridge between our hiring managers and our candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure we find the best fit for our team.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the needs of our team.
• Leverage Workday HRIS to manage employee data, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve our recruitment processes and enhance our employer brand.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employee engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter for recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with Workday HRIS is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
