📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Support the store manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of customer service.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Participate in store events and activities to enhance customer engagement.,Assist in the preparation of the store for opening and closing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
