📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor cash balance and reconcile daily transactions.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a financial or retail environment.,Proven track record of managing cash and ensuring accurate financial transactions.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications are a plus.,Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
