PT Pancaran Mandiri is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and process financial transactions,Assist in the preparation of financial statements,Process payroll and ensure accuracy,Prepare and submit tax returns,Assist in the preparation of budget reports,Conduct bank reconciliations,Prepare and submit financial reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related field,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
