In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual benefits for both the client and the company.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.,Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze client performance.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and marketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
