📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Driver's license is a plus.
