As an Assistant Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our delicious coffee beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.,Interact with customers to take orders and provide excellent customer service.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands and maintain a high level of quality.,Assist the Barista in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
