📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
