📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and develop outlet staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to implement marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance and sales data.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving outlet performance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
