📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the company's daily operations and ensuring smooth running of all departments.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive company growth.
  • Managing and leading a team of managers and employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Representing the company in dealings with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing company performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring the company's financial health and stability.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving company growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
