📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assess employee training needs and develop customized training plans.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
