📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the vessel,Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels,Lead and motivate a team of crew members,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies,Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Plan and execute daily and weekly schedules,Maintain accurate records of operations and crew performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role,Valid maritime license and certificates,Knowledge of maritime laws and regulations,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Strong problem-solving skills,Familiarity with navigation and vessel operations,Good knowledge of English
