Quick Urban Dinamis is seeking a Lead HR Generalist to manage our human resources department and ensure compliance with labor laws. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing our employees, as well as managing employee relations and performance management. If you are a passionate and experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead HR training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage the HRIS system and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HRIS systems.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
