Resto Putri Laundry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Sunter, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our business growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR Manager.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
