📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of web developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications, ensuring high performance and security.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.,Stay updated with the latest web technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our products.,Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Monitor and optimize web application performance, scalability, and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on front-end and back-end technologies.,Proven experience in leading a team of developers and managing web development projects.,Strong knowledge of web development frameworks and tools, including but not limited to React, Angular, Node.js, and Express.,Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.
