📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components
- Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets, ensuring compliance with project requirements and client expectations
- Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and analyses to support project decision-making
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project resources
- Analyze and interpret project drawings, specifications, and material schedules to ensure precise cost calculations
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on cost status and performance
- Ensure all cost-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry standards and company policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP estimation or quantity surveying in the construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for cost analysis and reporting
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software for project documentation
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost factors
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
