As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, and that the restaurant is profitable and sustainable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
