PT Abadi Property is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Design and manage learning activities, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is preferred.
