Urban Crystal Group is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary materials and supplies to meet production demands. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.,Conduct supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
