Cafe Krisna Mart is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide excellent customer service,Manage cash and inventory, ensuring accurate records are kept,Handle cash and card payments, and process refunds and exchanges,Stock and organize products to maintain a clean and attractive storefront,Promote products and services to customers and assist with upselling,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cash registers and inventory areas,Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including cash counts and bank deposits,Work with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (10 kg)
