📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial filings.
  • Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance and training.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
