📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business processes,Manage and coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations,Collaborate with management to develop and implement new projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with property management software is a plus,Experience in a similar role in the property management industry is a plus
