TikTok Shop is looking for a passionate and creative intern to join our Special Projects (Lifestyle) team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team that is shaping the future of e-commerce in Indonesia.

As a Special Projects (Lifestyle) Project Intern, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects that aim to enhance the TikTok Shop experience for our users. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of new features and initiatives that align with TikTok's vision for the platform.

This is a full-time internship position located in Bali, Indonesia, with a start date in 2026. The internship will provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry and work alongside industry experts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the development and implementation of new features and initiatives for TikTok Shop.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote TikTok Shop products.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Assist in the development of content and materials to support TikTok Shop's marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform project decisions.
  • Support the organization of events and promotions to engage with TikTok Shop users.
  • Provide administrative support to the Special Projects (Lifestyle) team as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Passion for social media and e-commerce.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.

    <p>We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about e-commerce and has a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsas well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools is a plus. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. The candidate should also be willing to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.</p>
