📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to new employees to ensure they are successful in their roles.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with training software and tools, such as LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
