📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and stored according to company policies and procedures.Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.Monitor and manage warehouse stock levels, ensuring that there is always enough inventory to meet customer demand.Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and protocols.Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels to management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation of goods.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
