Director/Senior Director - Facilities Management

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all SilTerra properties in Bali.
• Lead and manage a team of facilities management professionals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Implement and monitor building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Oversee security and access control measures for all properties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or a similar sustainability credential is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing multi-site facilities in a tropical environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-standard facilities management software such as FM Pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
