- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all aspects of operations.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving HSE regulations and industry standards, incorporating new knowledge into our practices.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to promote our commitment to HSE excellence.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP or similar.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
