📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 5-10 retail associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the store's success.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor and report store performance metrics to the regional office.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects Watsons' values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, RetailPro, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of health and beauty products, including trends and customer preferences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
