📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate ground support services including fueling, catering, and baggage handling.
• Manage aircraft maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and report on flight operations to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Work closely with the flight crew to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Provide training and support to ground staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of all operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations or a related field.
• Certification as a Flight Operations Specialist or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in using flight operations software such as OPSI, AODB, and FMS.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
