As a Microbiology Specialist at Pyridam Farma, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and quality of our products. You'll work closely with our team of scientists and engineers to develop and implement microbiological testing protocols, conduct routine and non-routine testing, and ensure compliance with international and local regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct microbiological testing, analysis, and quality control in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and international standards (e.g., USP, EP, and WHO).
• Develop and implement microbiological testing protocols, including sampling plans, test methods, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform routine and non-routine microbiological testing, including bacterial endotoxin, sterility, microbial limit, and microbial enumeration tests.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, including automated microbiological analyzers, PCR machines, and liquid handling systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
• Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff and other departments as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the field of microbiology and pharmaceutical quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in microbiology, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Certification in microbiological testing methods (e.g., USP < Micro>, EP < Micro>, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including automated microbiological analyzers, PCR machines, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
