Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for financial services,Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and services,Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our software systems,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers,Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering and financial technology,Mentor and coach junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills,Collaborate with product managers to prioritize and estimate work

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on financial technology,Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++,Experience with financial services, such as payments, trading, or lending,Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and deployment,Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or GCP,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
