📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, maki, and sashimi, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain and improve our sushi menu.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly sourced.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role.
