📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring timely and accurate posting to the general ledger.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the finance team in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes.
Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year in a senior GL Accountant position.
Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, and other financial tools.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and GAAP standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
