📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the karaoke outlet, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of 15-20 employees, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule and coordinate karaoke events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet customer expectations.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and events.
