📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents, ensuring they meet our high standards for performance and professionalism.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to motivate and support our agents.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our agency network to ensure their satisfaction and productivity.
• Monitor sales performance and provide insights to help improve overall sales performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales team is always competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and training sales agents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
