• Deliver personalized, high-end service to discerning guests, ensuring their every need is met with elegance and discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or concierge role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service with a focus on personalization and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances.
• Knowledge of luxury travel, dining, and entertainment options in Bali and beyond.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
