📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Brewing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to customers,Maintaining and cleaning coffee equipment and work area,Ensuring a clean and safe work environment,Assisting in stock management and inventory control,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints,Following health and safety guidelines and regulations,Participating in team meetings and training sessions,Upholding the company's values and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
